Group members sit in a circle and put on blindfolds. The
trainer divides a set of shapes between the group after removing
2 pieces. The group must identify the shape of each of the
missing pieces. Participants may talk as much as they want
but may not touch one another's shapes.
A team problem solving activity that focuses on team work,
problem solving and communication.
The activity is best used with groups of around 8-12 however
is still works with larger and smaller groups.
Typically the activity will take around 30 to 40 minutes.
