This team development activity is fast moving and fun and
will draw the team into appropriate communication, striving
to improve performance and understanding the importance of
knowing your role and filling it.
Team members stand in an inward facing circle. They are asked
to pass juggling balls amongst the group in a very specific
order. As the activity developes more juggling balls are introduced
and the pressure to work well as a team increases.
Works best with teams of between 8 and 12.
Takes 20 to 30 minutes.
